2、tmentActprograms.InaccdancewithSection129(a)(5)oftheWkfceInvestmentActfundsfyouthactivitiesmaybeusedtoprovideincentivesfrecognitionachievementtoeligibleyouth.Fyearsmanyemploymenttrainingyouthpractitionersfoundthatmotivat

3、ingyouthtoattendclassremainintheprogramwasthemostdifficultaspectoftheprogram.Therefepractitionersrecognizedthevalueofprovidingincentivestoatriskyouthasarewardfperfmance.Itisimptantfyouthtohavetheirefftsacknowledgedtohave

4、sometangibleevidenceofsuccess.Financialincentivesaswellasotherfmsofrecognitionprovideanimptantfmofreinfcementfatriskyouth.II.INCENTIVESPECIFICATIONSTobeallowableincentivesawardedtoyouthwilladheretothespecificationsoutlin

5、edinthispolicy.TheyouthparticipantwillmeettheincentivecriteriaspecifiedinSectionIIIofthispolicy.Incentivesthatmaybeawardedthroughtheprovisionsofthispolicyincludefinancialrecognitionawards.Adeionofeachincentiveisincludedi

6、nSectionIII.A.Thecontractwillprovideincentivesonlytothoseyouthwho:(1)areeligiblefregisteredinmadeatthepointofachievement.Aparticipantiseligibletoreceive$200whenheshepassestheGEDexamination.Aparticipantmayalsobeeligibleto

7、receiveupto$200uponreceiptofaStateofMississippiCareerreadinessCertificate.3.RecognitionfPerfectAttendanceThecontractmayhonaneligibleparticipantthroughspecialrecognitionactivitiessuchascertificatesofrecognitionawardceremo

8、nieswhentheparticipanthasmaintainedpunctualperfectattendancefGEDrecipientsthespecifiedawardperioddemonstratedgoodconduct.Thisawardmaynotexceed$25.4.RecognitionfInSchoolSeniActivitiesThecontractmayawardaneligibleinschoolp

9、articipantwhocompletesthewkreadinessskillswkexperienceactivitiesduringtheprogramyearwithanincentiveawardatacostofnotmethanthreehundreddollars($300.00).Thecontractmaymakethisawardinincrementsattheconclusionofquarterlyacti

10、vitiesduringtheschoolyear.5.RecognitionfOutstingPerfmance.Thecontractmayawardaneligibleinschooloutofschoolparticipantwhocompletesrequiredwkreadinessbasicskillswkexperienceactivitiesinanexceptionalmannerreceivesthewritten
